These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.jannatijoda.com (“Website”), owned and operated by the entity/person operating under the brand name “Jannati Joda” (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Website is an independent technology platform facilitating matrimonial information sharing.

By accessing, browsing, registering, creating a profile, uploading photographs, purchasing a recharge plan, viewing contact details, or otherwise using the Website (collectively, “Use” or “using”), you (“User”, “you”, “your”) unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with all policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Website.

1. ABOUT THE WEBSITE

The Website is only a technology platform and communication medium that enables users to create biodata-based profiles, upload photographs, view limited public profile information, search for profiles, and, upon purchasing a recharge plan, unlock and view contact details of other users to facilitate direct communication.
3. 2. Jannati Joda is not a marriage bureau, marriage consultant, matchmaker, dating agency, investigator, verification agency, legal advisor, counselor, broker, agent, or representative of any user. We do not arrange, solemnize, or facilitate any marriage. We merely provide the digital infrastructure for information display and contact unlocking.


1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT
2. 1. By creating a profile, you represent and warrant that: You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age for marriage as per applicable law). You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract. You are not impersonating any other person or entity. All information provided by you is true, accurate, current, and belongs to you or the person on whose behalf you are authorized to create the profile.
3. 2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@jannatijoda.com of any unauthorized use.


1. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND NO VERIFICATION
2. 1. All profiles, biodata fields, photographs, messages, and other content displayed on the Website are based entirely on information provided by the users. Users may create profiles directly on the Website, or they may submit their information to us (via WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels) and authorize our staff/representatives to upload and create a profile on their behalf. In all cases, the user remains the sole author and owner of the information. We act strictly as a technical facilitator and data-entry proxy. We do not independently create, curate, or verify the core content of the profiles beyond technical formatting.
3. 2. No Verification. Jannati Joda performs absolutely no background checks, investigation, or verification of any user or content. We do not verify identity, age, marital status, educational qualifications, employment, income, family background, religion, caste, community, health, character, criminal record, or any other attribute. We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, genuineness, completeness, lawfulness, or reliability of any profile, photograph, or information.
4. 3. You acknowledge that the Website is an open platform and that any profile may be created by anyone with an internet connection. You must independently verify all information before making any decision, contact, or transaction.


1. PLATFORM FUNCTIONING AND PAID SERVICES
2. 1. Certain basic profile information and limited photographs are visible without charge. To view complete contact details of another user (such as phone number, email, or other communication links), you must purchase a recharge plan (“Contact View Plan” or “Plan”) as per the Recharge & Contact Viewing Policy.
3. 2. The Website displays the number of contact views remaining in your account. Each time you unlock and view a contact detail, one credit is deducted. Credits are consumed immediately upon access and cannot be reversed, restored, or refunded under any circumstances, including if the contact details are found to be inaccurate, disconnected, or if the other user is unresponsive.
4. 3. We do not guarantee that any user will respond, be compatible, or agree to any form of association.


1. NO GUARANTEES

Jannati Joda does not guarantee, promise, or assure: Suitable matches or profiles. Responses, interest, or communication from any user. Compatibility, engagement, marriage, or relationship success. Profile authenticity or accuracy of any information. Any specific outcome whatsoever. Use of the Website is entirely at your own risk and discretion.



1. USER RESPONSIBILITY AND INDEPENDENT DUE DILIGENCE
2. 1. You are solely responsible for: Conducting thorough due diligence and background checks. Verifying all information and claims made by any user. Assessing compatibility, character, and suitability. Making independent matrimonial, financial, and personal decisions.
3. 2. All communications, meetings, telephone calls, messages, financial dealings, engagements, marriages, and personal interactions between users are purely private matters between them. Jannati Joda is not a party to any such interaction and bears no responsibility or liability.


1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You shall not, directly or indirectly:

a) Create fake, false, misleading, or unauthorized profiles.

b) Impersonate any person or entity.

c) Upload any content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, hateful, or illegal.

d) Solicit money, gifts, or financial favors from other users.

e) Use the Website for any fraudulent, unlawful, or criminal purpose.

f) Harvest, collect, or store personal data of other users without consent.

g) Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Website’s security, payment systems, or technical measures.

h) Share, publish, or misuse contact details obtained from the Website for spamming, marketing, harassment, or any purpose not directly related to your personal matrimonial interest.

i) Post any unauthorized commercial content, advertisements, or links.



1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
2. 1. The Website, its source code, design, layout, database structure, algorithms, user interface, logos, trade names, compilation of profiles, and all other materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Jannati Joda. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Users retain ownership of their own content but grant Jannati Joda a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to host, display, reproduce, modify (for technical formatting), and distribute such content on the Website and in related promotional or operational contexts, solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
4. 3. Any database, profile compilation, customer list, analytics, or operational material generated through the Website is the sole and absolute property of Jannati Joda. No user, former employee, or contributor shall have any claim of ownership or right over such data.


1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jannati Joda, its owner(s), directors, employees, moderators, contributors, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

a) Your breach of these Terms.

b) Your use of the Website.

c) Any content you submit or transmit.

d) Your interactions, disputes, or transactions with other users.

e) Your violation of any law or third-party rights.



1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jannati Joda and its related parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: Fraud, misrepresentation, fake profiles, identity theft, harassment, cheating, defamation, emotional distress, mental stress, loss of reputation, financial loss, business loss, family disputes, engagement or marriage breakdown, divorce proceedings, criminal acts, personal injury, property damage, or any other loss or damage, arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Website or any interaction between users. Jannati Joda’s total cumulative liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Jannati Joda in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.



1. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND CONTENT REMOVAL

We reserve the absolute and unconditional right, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, to:

a) Reject, delete, or modify any profile or content.

b) Suspend or terminate any user account.

c) Restrict or block access to the Website.

d) Remove or hide contact details.

We may take such action for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, receipt of complaints, fraudulent activity, or as required by law.



1. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND AUTHORIZED CHANNELS
2. 1. All payments for Contact View Plans must be made strictly through the official payment gateway integrated on the Website. We do not accept payments through personal UPI IDs, personal QR codes, personal bank accounts, cash, or any agent or intermediary.
3. 2. You agree to refer to the Authorized Payment Policy and Refund Policy which form part of these Terms. All payments are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4. 3. Jannati Joda shall not be responsible for any payments made to unauthorized persons, including any employee or individual claiming to represent the Company outside the official Website payment interface.


1. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Website may contain links or integrations. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, policies, or actions of any third party.



1. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATION
2. 1. The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, error-free operation.
3. 2. We reserve the right, at any time without prior notice, to modify, suspend, discontinue, transfer, sell, or permanently shut down the Website or any part thereof. In such event, no user shall be entitled to any compensation, refund, damages, or continued access beyond what is strictly mandated by applicable law.

These Terms, together with all referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jannati Joda. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force.



1. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
